Serauto management is an application created by auto dealers to car dealers. The experience gained over the years in the automotive sector has enabled us to develop a complete management software and proven efficiency.

With a support scheme based on client-server architecture, running on Windows 2003/2008, and supported by a management system relational database SQL Server, Serauto is highly compatible and adaptable, which allows jobs to work seamlessly with WinXP operating.

Currently, Serauto is present in the major brands in the industry serving a large number of dealers of automobiles, motorcycles and commercial vehicles.

Safety:

The use of different modules is completely customizable, based on permissions. Offers security systems governing access to information as an essential tool for proper control and system security. Permits are totally customized from largest to smallest detail, can parameterize from access to a particular module to access to a field, menu, or tab.

*Serinfer strongly advises against the use of equipment such as server Serauto clone. The use of a clone can cause problems such as:

  • Lack of drivers for the devices in the installation or future upgrades.
  • More difficulty for the replacement of faulty components.
  • Operational problems and decreased performance Serauto.
  • The reliability of a computer clone lacks, in general, guarantees a brand-name server, the latter being subjected to quality controls and inspections required.

NOTE ON THE BACK OF SAFETY: Serinfer schedule a daily copy either to disk (must have enough free disk space for it) or tape drive. In both cases, the customer is responsible for overseeing the proper conduct of daily copies, either on a scheduled or on their own.

For customer support is necessary that this has a basic ADSL or similar solution for our use exclusively (do not serve or similar NETLAN Telefonica. Local network:

We recommend installing RJ45 Category 6 cabling and certified by a qualified professional company and data cabling installations. If WIFI networks must comply with IEEE 802.11g (54Mbps).

Printers:

Recommended printers are inkjet or laser according to the needs of the job and print. For the remote sites should consult the manufacturer support remote printing (ICA-RDP).

Implementation Serauto

1. Previous Analysis
